About the role:

We are looking for a Regulatory Change Analyst to work as part of a team within a top-tier investment bank.

This is a client outreach project, and will see you communicating directly with clients to ensure their compliance with regulations.  Your duties and responsibilities may vary as project requirements change, but will initially include:

  • Client Outreach – liaising with the bank’s key clients via phone & email
  • Researching and formulating responses to client queries
  • Co-ordinating with internal colleagues to ensure that all critical communication is completed ahead of regulatory deadlines
  • Data Analysis (Advanced Excel)
  • Preparing reports/trackers to ensure that project progress is on track
  • Engagement with key project stakeholders



Candidates should Ideally have the following:

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience working in an Investment Bank on regulatory, compliance, client outreach or similar project
  • Strong educational background (degree educated)

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Some Data Analysis experience
  • Junior Project Management experience
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Capital Markets products (including Swaps)

  • Multi-tasking highly organized and able to balance various responsibilities simultaneously
  • Communication – advanced interpersonal & communication skills.  Able to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Teamplayer – able to work well within dynamic and goal-focused teams

  • Professionally sceptical – able to identify and flag up anomalies for review
