About the role

We are looking for recent graduates to join our team as Junior Analysts.  As a Junior Analyst, you will work on a variety of projects supporting our investment banking clients, both from our Vox Head Office and on client site. 

While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting teams working on Brexit or Regulatory Change projects
  • Client Outreach - liaising with high profile clients and handling their queries
  • Preparing management information and maintaining project trackers
  • Conducting Compliance and Onboarding checks, including KYC and Anti-Money Laundering
  • Working with legal documentation and negotiating contractual agreements with clients
  • Supporting operational change projects to improve the bank’s processes
  • Developing to become a Subject Matter Expert within an area of investment banking

While some of your projects may be based in Belfast, it also possible that other projects may see you based outside of Northern Ireland for considerable periods of time (e.g. London or New York).

What we are looking for

Candidates should Ideally have the following:

Qualifications & Experience

  • A 2.1 degree obtained in the last 2 years in a Finance, Legal or STEM subject
  • Experience of having worked in a financial services or professional services environment

  • Strong MS Office skills

  • While the role will initially be based in Belfast, you may be asked to relocate to work on client site in other countries for extended periods of time.  Currently, we have analysts working in Belfast, London and New York.
