Our primary clients are Tier 1 investment banks in New York, London & Belfast, and Vox consultants address their short to medium term resourcing needs in Front Office Business Change teams, Regulatory Reform, IT and Operations.

 

About the role

We are looking for experienced graduates to join our team as an Analyst.  As a Vox Analyst, you will work on a variety of projects supporting our investment banking clients, both from our Vox Head Office and on client site. 

While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting dynamic teams working on a wide range of projects, e.g. Regulatory Change, Client Onboarding, Brexit Readiness, Operational Change)
  • Client Outreach - liaising with high profile and institutional clients, researching their queries around new legislation and formulating suitable responses
  • Preparing management information and maintaining project trackers to ensure that projects remain on target
  • Conducting Compliance and Onboarding checks, including KYC and Anti-Money Laundering
  • Working with legal documentation and negotiating contractual agreements with clients
  • Supporting operational change projects to improve the bank’s processes
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert within an area of investment banking
  • Develop to take on mentoring responsibilities for more junior staff

What we are looking for

Candidates should Ideally have the following:

Qualifications & Experience

  • A degree obtained in a Finance, Legal or STEM subject
  • 1-3 years’ experience of working on investment banking projects, either directly for an investment bank, or working for a 3rd party providing consulting/outsourced services to an investment bank
  • Some experience of Project Management or Business Analysis would be an advantage but isn’t essential

Technical Skills.

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Data Analysis – comfortable understanding and analyzing data quickly and efficiently

  • Communication – advanced interpersonal & communication skills.  Able to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders, either over the phone or via email
  • Teamplayer – able to work well within dynamic and goal-focused teams
  • Process driven – able to become quickly proficient in new processes and systems

  • Multi-tasking highy organised and able to balance various responsibilities simultaneously
